Vibrating sieve is an effective solution for fractional separation of various dry materials. Sieving is performed through vibration that makes the particles pass through a screen with different mesh sizes.
Circular vibrating sieve consists of:
— A mesh screen of an appropriate diameter;
— Round tank sealed with a lid and a vibrating working plate to provide oscillatory movements and sieving of the particles;
— Driving mechanism with electric motor and flanged housing units;
— Stable legged frame.
Installation of 1 or 2 meshes provides sieving with obtaining up to 3 product fractions from 0.6 mm and its unloading through the appropriate outlets in the machine.
We produce 600, 900 and 1200 mm diameter sieves.
Sieves can be provided in rectangular open-type models of any size to suit your specific needs
