Multicomponent dosing system is best suited when bulk materials have to be precisely dosed and mixed.
The system includes:
— Big bag discharge station for PVC bulk materials;
— Big bag discharge station for poor flowing materials (CaCO3);
— Weighing bin for dosing large batch components;
— Dosing systems for additional (small) batches.
All parts in contact with the material are made of 08x18H10 stainless steel. The anti-bridging device is clamped on hoppers containing poor flowing materials. From the additional (small) batch dosing container, the material enters the main weighing bin to be then conveyed to the mixer together with the rest components. The bulk goods stored in the container are unloaded by means of screw conveyors.
When buying a dosing complex together with a mixer, we provide a unified control of both.
