Rotary mills

Rotary PVC Mill (Pulverizer) is designed to grind PVC to powder.

The mill represents a disintegrator – a device with a rotor and a stator of various diameters, which are inserted one into another according to “matryoshka principle”. The walls of the stator have holes. Raw material particles enter the central part of the device. The particles move through the mesh holes to the periphery due to centrifugal force. They repeatedly collide with the elements of the mesh and with each other and thus are grinded into powder.

Benefits include:
— Fixed knives are made of Hardox500 steel, which ensures wear resistance and strength;
— Spare parts such as knives, mesh, etc. are always available in stock;
— Equipment can be tested in our showroom (using customer’s materials);
— Open working chambers;
— Easy knife replacement;
— Water cooling system;
— Up to 2% of the grinding can be introduced into almost any PVC product (with no strict requirements to the front surface), or onto the bottom layer of the product.
