This big bag discharger enables to unload free flowing powdery materials.
The structure consists of a metal support frame and a receiving hopper that collects flowing products. The support frame is adjustable to fit various heights of big bags, not limited to standard ones. Big bags are positioned by a forklift or a hoist.
Options:
— forklift (a soft container with material is supplied to the unit with a truck);
— manual hoist;
— electric hoist.
Operational features:
— big bag is opened through an access hatch of the hopper;
— electromechanical vibrator provides additional flow inducement;
— screw conveyor is installed to convey the material from the discharge station.
